Exploiting hybrid non‐orthogonal multiple access in satellite–terrestrial systems with randomly deployed users

چکیده

In this letter, a hybrid non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) scheme for satellite–terrestrial systems is proposed, which capable of integrating both power domain NOMA (PD-NOMA) and code (CD-NOMA) design modes. The stochastic geometry method considered to model the position terrestrial user. Specifically, closed-form expressions exact outage probability with imperfect interference cancellation are derived. order get more insights, asymptotic probabilities high SNR conditions also discussed. Numerical results provided confirm validity theoretical analysis reveal effects critical parameters on system performance.

Nonorthogonal Multiple Access for Beamforming in Energy-Harvesting Enabled Networks

Wireless power transfer via radio-frequency (RF) radiation is regarded as a potential solution to energize energy-constrained users, who are deployed close to the base stations (near-by users). However, energy transfer requires much more transmit power than normal information transfer, which makes it very challenging to provide the quality of service in terms of throughput for all near-by users...

Interference Estimation In Randomly Distributed Systems with Medium Access Control

In this paper we will discuss methods for interference estimation applicable to wireless, randomly distributed and uncoordinated networks. Primarily, the application range of such networks was mainly military [3], but nowadays there is also a growing interest on civil applications like environmental monitoring or short-range communication purposes. We assume randomly distributed network element...

Frequency-hopped multiple-access communication with nonorthogonal BFSK in Rayleigh fading channels

A nonorthogonal binary frequency-shift keying is considered in frequency-hopped multiple-access communication systems with Reed–Solomon coding. The effect of tone spacing on the average number of successfully transmitted information bits per unit time per unit bandwidth (called normalized throughput) is examined in Rayleigh fading channels. The tradeoff among tone spacing, code rate, and number...

Hybrid Recommending Exploiting Multiple DBPedia Language Editions

In this paper we describe approach of our SemWex1 group to ESWC RecSys Challenge. Our method is based on using Content Boosted Matrix factorization [CBMF], where objects are defined through their content-based features. Features were comprised of both direct DBPedia predicate-object pairs and derived semantical information. Total of seven DBPedia language editions were used to form our dataset....

Secure probabilistic location verification in randomly deployed wireless sensor networks

Security plays an important role in the ability to deploy and retrieve trustworthy data from a wireless sensor network. Location verification is an effective defense against attacks which take advantage of a lack, or compromise, of location information. In this work, a secure probabilistic location verification method for randomly deployed dense sensor networks is proposed. The proposed Probabi...
